What is a Vesting Deed Search?

A Vesting Deed Search (also called a Deed Search) is conducted to locate the most recent deed for a given property. A copy of the deed into the current owner(s) showing 100% interest is provided.

What is a Chain of Title Search?

A Chain of Title Search is conducted on a property from the vesting deed back to that state's statute. A copy of each deed in the chain of title found during the scope of the search is provided.

How are the reports delivered?

The report for each search is delivered in PDF format and includes an easy-to-read summary sheet along with copies of all deeds that were found during the scope of the search. Customization of the final report is also available.
